Ken Adelman – a stauch conservative who has worked for many Republican presidents has decided to vote for Obama. Here is his reason: “McCain’s temperament — leading him to bizarre behavior during the week the economic crisis broke — and his judgment — leading him to Wasilla — depressed me into thinking that “our guy” would be a(nother) lousy conservative president. Been there, done that.”
And then you have Joe Liberman who said that “thank God Palin won’t have to be president on day one” when asked if she is qualified.
Charles Fried–Professor of Law, Harvard Law School; former Solicitor General of the U.S.; former Associate Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts has been a key advisor to John McCain’s campaign. He has just informed the McCain campaign that he voted for Obama and he asked that his name be removed from any association with the McCain campaign. His main reason for switching side was McCain’s BAD judgment in pick Palin as his running mate.
On a different subject – here are some examples how delusional McCain and Palin are:
Palin spent $150000 on clothes in two months and she says she is very frugal.
Palin was found guilty of ethical breaches by a bipartisan committee in Alaska and she said she “has been cleared of any wrong doing”.
McCain voted with Bush 90% of the time and he said “I am not President Bush”.
We can all understand McCain’s mental instability given the fact that he was tortured for 5 years. What’s Palin’s excuse?
McCain was on TV again complaining that Obama was spending a lot more money on the campaign than he. Well – my friends – you TOO can raise the same amount of money that Obama has been raising IF your message resonates with the common day-to-day folks. You TOO can attract donations from millions of people. But you can’t.
The fact that you are not coming anywhere close to what Obama is raising may be due to the fact that you own 7 houses and your running mate spends $150,000 on clothes. It may be that people think YOU are out of touch with the real world. It may be that you live in the 19th century and you don’t know how to use the Internet. It may be that you are OLD and act impulsively and have BAD judgment.
The fact that you have no campaign money is a true reflection of your failed candidacy. You betcha. My friends.
A side note: In an effort to salvage his dying campaign, McCain lashed out against his pal Bush today even though he admitted that he supported Bush 90% of the time and on all major transcending issues! Bush returned the favor (retaliated) by strongly supporting McCain – a political KISS of death.
We now find out that the Republican National Committee has spent close to $150,000 to buy clothes at fancy stores for Sarah Palin. Gee – I wonder how many Joe-six-packs or hockey moms buy their clothes at Saks Fifth Avenue? That’s one hell of a way to connect with the common folks – my friends.
It has also been reported that Palin is charging the State of Alaska for travel expenses for her children – including the pregnant teenage daughter and the “special need” baby- on McCain’s campaign. She claims her children are on “official business”. She might have a point there with her retarded baby because she used the baby as a prop on stage at every opportunity. What’s her justifcation for her pregnant teenage daughter? Is she using her as a show-case for Republican “family value”?
Listen to how John McCain described his true voting records when he was trying to win his party’s nomination. No truer words have ever been said by no lesser of a man! Listen for yourself – my friends:
Here is Palin answering a question from a third grader on the role of the Vice President. She got it WRONG! The pig with lipstick needs to read her Constitution. It is funny and sad.
The VP is NOT in charge of the Senate – my friend. You betcha.
Rush Limburgh (aka the big fat idiot) is now saying that Colin Powell endorsed Obama mainly because of race. So we can assume that the fat slob has been supporting Mccain because he is white?
Colin Powell just endorsed Obama and he gave his reasons. A very thoughtful man! Listen to what he said about a mother whose son had died in Iraq. Are you listening, Sarah Palin? Shame on you.
